RailMac 30T Trolley Locomotive
The 30T Trolley Locomotive features a welded – steel frame suspended by leaf springs or rubber studs on grease – bearing seats. It uses an electronic speed controller, with AC converters transforming trolley – line DC to AC to drive 3 – phase brushless AC motors (85kW×2 or 110kW×2). Equipped with pneumatic brakes (plus manual stop brake), a sanding system, and spring – buffered bumpers (motor also suspended by spring brace), it supports 762/900mm track gauges. With max traction up to 78kN and hourly speeds reaching 13.2km/h, it excels in shunting and short – distance freight in coal, metallurgy, etc. Speed regulation modes include Resistance/IGBT or AC Converter, and braking combines mechanical, electric, and air systems. Its integrated system enables real – time monitoring, ensuring reliable heavy – duty operation in industrial rail scenarios.
The company provides customers with comprehensive life cycle services, from design to power system supply, installation and commissioning, to after-sales service, training, and spare parts supply, as well as troubleshooting and overhaul technical support. This full range of services ensures that customer equipment maintains high reliability and long-term operating efficiency during use.
We provide full life cycle services for all customers, from design to power system supply, from installation to commissioning, from after-sales service training to spare parts supply, from troubleshooting to overhaul technical support.
Advantages of 30T Trolley Locomotive
-
Engineered with dual high-torque motors (85kW-2 or 110kW-2) on a 550V system, this locomotive delivers industry-leading traction up to 78 kN at speeds of 12.7–13.2 km/h, enabling efficient transport of extreme loads in mining, steel plants, and heavy industrial operations.
-
Equipped with Japanese-engineered 3-phase AC motors (eliminating carbon brushes and quick-wear parts), coupled with IGBT or frequency-converter speed regulation, ensuring maintenance intervals 50% longer than conventional DC systems while enabling seamless stepless control.
-
Built with a welded steel frame, tapered roller bearings, and leaf spring/rubber suspension to support 30-ton loads, while dual spring-buffered motor mounts and shock absorbers ensure operational stability and component protection in high-impact environments.
-
Integrates pneumatic + electric + mechanical braking with proactive rail sanding technology, delivering failsafe stopping power on steep gradients, while electronic speed controllers guarantee precision in heavy-load operations.

Trolley Locomotive
RailMac Trolley Locomotive obtains electrical energy through a pantograph or current collector and drives the electric traction motors. These are commonly used on electrified railway lines, including urban rail transit and mainline railways. Since their power comes from an external electric grid, they have strong tractive effort and high operating speeds.
Tourist Train
The CRRC Zhuzhou 1435 series dual rail sightseeing car inherits the technological DNA of CRRC high-speed rail and is designed for in-depth sightseeing in scenic areas. The innovative double-decker structure features a panoramic window on the first floor for comfortable all-weather sightseeing and an open-top layout on the second floor for a 360° immersive natural experience.
Traction System
CHSR's CHSR™ CC750 air-cooled converter is a highly integrated traction and auxiliary "two-in-one" core equipment. It condenses key power conversion functions into a single compact enclosure, providing robust and stable power for intercity trains through standardized modular design, intelligent air cooling (IP65 protection), and mature and reliable components.
Bogie and Braking System
CRRC Braking Systems Co., Ltd.'s disc brake calipers use hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic conversion drive technology. They integrate automatic gap adjustment, modular caliper body, and three-point floating suspension design to ensure precise contact between brake pads and discs.
Track Body Components
RailMac provides railway solutions, focusing on one-stop Lince/Huanji wiper services (R&D, production, maintenance) plus rail air conditioning. It offers diverse wipers (DC110V/74V/24V, pneumatic) and developed China’s first IP-owned CRH3 EMU wiper, with products batch-loaded in CRH380/CR400BF/CR300BF.
Maintenance Equipment
RunWell is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the fields of rail transit and military industry. Its car lift machine products integrate German drive technology (such as the Demag three-in-one modular system) with intelligent control, supporting heavy-duty conditions of over 150 tons.
Railway Components
CRRC specializes in innovative environmental protection sanitation systems. Products like vacuum water - saving toilet modules and waterless ecological toilets, made in an orderly factory, are applied in railways, public facilities, and outdoor scenarios.
RailMac
Partnering with global leaders, RailMac offers superior railway equipment and solutions at competitive prices. It hit milestones like Thailand’s 2017 first local train, pioneered SEA new energy trains, and joined Russia’s high-speed rail project, boosting its railway industry presence.
